This 9 Metres high abstract face sculpture was designed and handcrafted by Charles from recycled plastic tubes. Created in response to national fears of 2018, with Brexit and various other environmental issues surrounding global warming and Plastic Recycling.
At present Recycling Markets send 500,000 tons of plastic a year to China to be recycled, which has been stopped as of 1st January 2018. This poses various issues to the UK Recycling Industry.
This large powerful and controversial sculpture can be seen on show outside Elliott of London NEW Berkhamsted Based Sculpture Studio next to A41.
