Working with precision, they bend and shape 8mm mild steel bars by hand, carefully placing them in perfect alignment to bring the sculpture to life.
Once the sculpture takes its final form, it undergoes a transformative treatment. It is immersed in a hot zinc galvanising process, meticulously applied to every nook and cranny.
This galvanisation not only serves as a protective shield, safeguarding the sculpture against the harsh elements and the ravages of time, but it also adds to its aesthetic appeal. The zinc coating develops a stunning silvery patina, giving the sculpture an exquisite visual character to be admired and cherished.
